Article 1. Time limits on service provision
1.1. For Courses: customers may access and study at any time (24/7), with no restriction on hours or days of the week, provided the access takes place within the validity period of the enrolled Course. The specific access period for each Course is published on the corresponding product page at the time the contract is concluded and forms part of the service contract. 1.2. For Mentoring services: the timing of Mentoring services depends on the working schedule and actual availability of the advisor (the "Mentor"). DOC does not commit that Mentoring services will be provided continuously or immediately on request. The specific schedule for each session is confirmed by agreement between the customer and the Mentor through the booking tool or the contact channels published by DOC.
Article 2. Geographic scope
2.1. Courses and Mentoring services are provided without restriction on geographic territory.
Article 3. Customer eligibility restrictions
3.1. Services are provided to customers who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have full civil capacity as prescribed by law. 3.2. If a service user is under 18 years of age, the registration, contracting and use of Courses/Mentoring services must be approved by that person's parent or guardian/legal representative, in line with the rules on civil transactions of minors. DOC may request documents or confirmation evidencing such approval, and may refuse or suspend the service if this condition is not met.
Article 4. Quantity limits
DOC does not impose a maximum or minimum limit on the number of Courses or Mentoring sessions a customer may buy or book per transaction, unless otherwise specifically announced for a particular promotion, product or service.
Article 5. Service availability conditions
5.1. Services may be suspended, interrupted or unavailable in the following cases: (a) Maintenance, upgrades or repairs of technical systems or the platform, whether scheduled or unplanned; (b) Technical incidents, transmission errors, server failures or failures of third-party technology platforms (for example: online learning platforms, video-call platforms, hosting or payment services) beyond DOC's control; (c) Force majeure events under DOC's Policy; (d) The Mentor being unable to attend a booked session due to force majeure or other reasons. 5.2. In the cases in clause 5.1, DOC will notify customers as soon as practicable and apply remedies, including but not limited to rescheduling, extending access time corresponding to the interruption, or other measures under DOC's separately published exchange/refund policy. 5.3. DOC is not liable for damages arising from service interruption or suspension caused by force majeure or by third-party faults beyond DOC's control.
Article 6: Force Majeure
A Force Majeure Event is any circumstance that cannot be foreseen, is beyond the Platform's reasonable control and prevents the Platform from performing its service obligations under this Policy, including but not limited to: - War, military action, terrorism, riots, civil unrest or sabotage - Actions, decisions or restrictions of competent state authorities, including suspension orders, licence revocation or orders to suspend the Platform's operations - Fire, flood, earthquake, epidemics declared a national state of emergency, or other natural disasters - Large-scale disruption of national or international internet infrastructure, incidents at third-party cloud providers' data centres, or large-scale cyberattacks by third parties that the Platform could not prevent despite applying standard security measures The Platform's obligations when a Force Majeure Event occurs - Timely notice: notify affected Users in writing or via the Platform's official channels (registered account email, in-app notification, or the platform homepage) within 07 (seven) working days from the start of the Force Majeure Event - Impact mitigation: use all reasonable efforts to reduce the impact of the Force Majeure Event on service delivery, including activating backup systems, arranging substitute mentors of equivalent capability (where feasible), or providing alternative learning content during the interruption - Service restoration: restore service delivery as soon as possible after the Force Majeure Event ends or is brought under control, and notify Users when the service is restored If a Force Majeure Event prevents the Platform from providing the Services for a continuous period of more than 90 (ninety) days, either party may terminate the service contract by written notice to the other party without liability for damages arising from that termination.
DOC may amend and update this policy from time to time to stay consistent with applicable law, and will publish it on the platform. A customer's continued use of the services after the policy is updated constitutes acceptance of the amended content.
