1. E-LEARNING SERVICE
Open the E-Learning page From the navigation menu, click "Knowledge" → "E-Learning", or go straight to the E-Learning page. Search and filter courses The E-Learning page provides full search tools: - Search: enter a course name or topic keyword - Category: filter by category (ESG, Climate, Energy, Sustainability, …) - Teacher: filter by teacher name Click "Search" to see results. The number of matching courses is shown below. View course details Click "Details" on a course card to see full information: - Course description and learning objectives - Lesson list (number of lessons, duration) - Instructor information - Ratings and reviews from learners - Course price (or Free if there is no fee) - The "Enrol" / "Buy now" button Taking a course Access your enrolled courses: - Option 1: click your avatar or username in the top-right corner → choose "My Courses" - Option 2: open your Profile page → "My Courses" tab - Option 3: go there directly Lesson interface When you open a lesson, you enter a dedicated lesson player with: - Video player: plays the lecture video with full controls - Lesson list: see all chapters and lessons in the course - Progress tracking: completion percentage and current step saved automatically - Mark as complete: mark lessons you have finished watching - Auto-advance: after finishing one lesson, the system moves to the next automatically Tracking your learning progress In "My Courses", each course shows: - A progress bar (% of lessons completed) - Status: In progress / Completed You can filter courses by: - All — every course you have enrolled in - In progress — courses not yet finished - Completed — courses finished 100% Certificate of completion After completing a course, you receive a certificate that you can view and download from your profile page.
2. MENTORING HUB SERVICE — EXPERT CONNECTION
Finding a mentor - Open the "Mentors" menu or go to the Mentoring Hub page - Use the search bar or filters to find a suitable mentor - Click "View details" on a mentor's card to see: professional background, areas of expertise, LinkedIn profile, contact email Booking a mentoring session On the mentor detail page, click "Book" and fill in the booking form: Personal details: - Full name (required) - Year of birth (required) - Email (required) - Phone number (required) - Experience level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced (required) About you: - Topics of interest / Industry (required) - The problem you are facing (required) - Challenges or pain points (required) Schedule: - Available times: choose a time slot Profile (optional): - Facebook link - LinkedIn link - Upload a CV (PDF, DOC, DOCX) Click "Submit". After a successful submission you will be taken to the payment page to complete your booking.
