Refund procedures
1. For Courses Customers receive a 100% tuition refund if: - The course has not been activated and no learning time has been recorded; and - The refund request is submitted within 01 (one) month from the payment date. If the customer has activated and started the course, they may still request a 100% tuition refund within 07 (seven) days from the course activation date if: - The course completion rate does not exceed 10% of the total course content; - The customer clearly states the reason the course does not fit their learning needs; - DOC reserves the right to check learning data in the system and/or ask the customer to provide the information and documents needed to verify the refund request. Tuition will not be refunded in the following cases: - The customer has completed more than 10% of the course content; - The refund request is submitted more than 07 (seven) days after the course activation date; - The refund request is submitted more than 01 (one) month after the payment date for a course that has not been activated. 2. For Mentoring Services - Customers may request to reschedule a mentoring session by giving at least 48 hours' notice before the booked session time. DOC will help rearrange the session subject to the mentor's availability. - If a rescheduling request is sent less than 48 hours before the session, or the customer does not attend as booked, the session is considered used and is not refundable. - If a mentoring session cannot take place for reasons attributable to the mentor, the customer may choose one of two options: + Cancel the session and receive a corresponding refund; or + Rearrange the session with another mentor designated by the provider.
