The entire process is designed to respect both your time and the Mentor's. You are proactive at every step, and the mentor will confirm and support you throughout.
Review each Mentor's profile, learn about their expertise, experience, and mentoring style, and then choose the one that best aligns with the question you're bringing to the table.
Fill in the necessary information: your main question, current context, and expectations after the meeting. Choose an available time slot with the mentor and submit your request at least 72 hours in advance.
The mentor will review your submission and provide confirmation or suggestions for revisions within 48 hours. You will receive a notification via email.
The system will automatically send the meeting link and preparation checklist to both parties at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Mentor and you choose a suitable platform to meet on (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or in person). The mentor will ask questions, provide feedback, and guide you; no pre-prepared answers will be given.
After the meeting, please take a few minutes to fill out your feedback so we can continue to improve. The mentor will also send back notes after the conversation within the next 24 hours.
