The entire process is designed to respect the time of both learners and mentors. You take the lead at each stage, and the mentor will confirm and guide you.
Review each mentor's profile, learn about their expertise, experience, and companion style, then select the one closest to the questions you are carrying.
Fill in the required information: your primary questions, current context, and session expectations. Select from the mentor's available slots and submit at least 72 hours in advance.
The mentor will review your profile and confirm or suggest adjustments within 48 hours. You will be notified via email.
The system will automatically send the session link and preparation checklist for both parties, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Mentors and learners choose a suitable platform (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or face-to-face). Mentors ask questions, challenge, and co-orient with you, without giving pre-defined answers.
After the session, spend a few minutes sharing your feedback so we can continue to improve. The mentor will also send summary notes within the next 24 hours.
