We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Net Zero Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Net Zero Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team’s data collection, analysis, and research efforts, contributing to the development and
implementation of sustainable solutions for the events industry.
Data Collection and Analysis:
● Collect data at events and venues related to sustainability initiatives.
● Conduct research and analysis to support operational decisions and policy development.
● Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to carbon emissions and sustainability practices.
Report Generation:
● Prepare and update reports on carbon footprint calculations, sustainability performance
● Develop and implement strategies to automate data collection and report generation for improved efficiency.
Policy Research and Development:
● Analyze current policies and research
new policies related to ESG and
sustainability.
● Contribute to the development and
implementation of new initiatives and
programs.
Training Material Development:
● Assist in creating engaging training
materials to educate staff and
stakeholders on related topics
Administrative Support:
● Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
Collaboration and Communication:
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects and data analysis.
● Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
● Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city
● Graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on environmental science, sustainability, economics, social sciences, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese
and English.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
● Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis.
● Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
● Salary range (gross): 10-12mil VND/month depending on experience
